May 14 - Arrival Day
For those flying into PHX please arrive before 1PM. We have arranged for 3 12-passenger vans to pick everyone up and head down to Rocky Point.
Arrival into Rocky Point around 5PM. Everyone will get settled into their accommodations and dinner will be around 6:30PM at the main house.
NOTE: If you are unable to arrive before 1PM, let us know. We will give you directions to the houses as you will need to provide your own transportation

May 15 - Beach day
Breakfast at your own accommodation. Beach time for everyone to mingle and get to know one another.
There are paddle boards, kayaks, surfboards, sail boats, fishing gear, and beach games.
OPTIONAL beach massages and/or fishing excursion. If you are interested in either one of these please let us know by April 15th. We will need to prebook.
We have preordered tamales for lunch, but there will also be snack items at your individual houses.
Dinner will be around 6:30PM at the main house.

May 16 - Wedding day
TODAY IS THE DAY! LETS CELEBRATE
Breakfast at your own accommodation. Please be well fed and hydrated before going out. The first stop has VERY strong margaritas.
Small celebration on the beach around 10AM before going downtown for the day.
La Casa Del Capitan Restaurant 12PM ish. Margaritas, shrimp cocktails, chips and guac, and speeches.
Birreria Los Mezquites for late lunch around 2PM
Dancing and Dinner at the Toxic Squid for sunset

may 17 - beach day
Breakfast at your own accommodation. Beach time for everyone to mingle and get to know one another.
There are paddle boards, kayaks, surfboards, sail boats, fishing gear, and beach games.
Optional beach massages. We will just have to get in contact and schedule this. So if this excites you let us know and we can get numbers togther for this.
We have preordered empanadas for lunch, but there will also be snack items at your individual houses.
Dinner will be around 6:30PM at the main house.

may 18 - departure
Pack up and head out 8AM.
Flights must be departing after 2PM. It is roughly a 4 hour drive from Rocky Point to the airport.

Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Your accommodation will be on Playa Dorada Beach, roughly 30 minutes from downtown Rocky Point.

Please arrive before 1PM on May 14th. We have group vans that will be driving down to Rocky Point. If you are unable to do arrive before then we ask that you let us know and provide your own transportation.

Please book your departing flight AFTER 2PM on May 18th. The airport is roughly a 4 hour drive from Rocky Point. After years of trial and error with friends we have found this is the sweet spot of not having to wake up too early on departure day. This will also alleviate any stress of making your departing flight.

We are still finalizing the exact number, but please expect to pay $400 USD per person.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. It will most likely be hot on the day. Comfy, casual, fun.
For the men: A nice pair of shorts, a fun button down short sleeve shirt, and birkenstocks.
For the women: Sundresses, comfy casual. No need for heels.

Because the beach is located outside of town, Margaux and Joe will be stocking all of the houses with breakfast, lunch/snack, and non-alcoholic/alcoholic items before you arrive. Dinners will be at the main house every night around 6:30 PM. We have asked a local family to come out and cook nightly for everyone. We have taken into account the dietary restrictions that were communicated to us.

There is none. We do not expect you to get us wedding gifts. Having you there celebrating our marriage is gift enough. Thank you!
